- Provides legal services for administrative, criminal and civil
actions arising from an officer's performance of duty. It is a
self-funding Legal Defense Plan available only to F.O.P. members that
is owned and operated by the Fraternal Order of Police Legal Plan, Inc.

- Covers officers and their extra duty employer up to $100,000 in
liability. Other liability programs do not extend coverage to the
